The CD/SPL300 series ceased production in 1997. Although the historical reliability of these systems has proven to be excellent, it is becoming very difficult for us to acquire the spare parts and electrical components necessary to maintain and repair these aging systems and like most high technology companies we have to put a time limit on product support. Regrettably I must inform you that this has forced us to make the business decision to discontinue repair services on these measurement systems. We will however continue to offer calibration but are unable to offer repair in the event of a failure.

We recognise this may place a burden on customers who are still actively using these measurement systems. To mitigate as many of these potential problems as possible, we have a trade-in plan to make upgrading to our state-of-the-art CD/SPL400 series as painless as possible.
